Once your wall has a size and at least two frames, this panel fills in with the tape line, point A and one line per nail.
Open this on your phone at the wall. Tape is up (stretched between height marks, not laid freehand), point A is marked. Measure each nail along the tape from A and tick it; nails "on the tape" go right there, the rest go straight up or down from the tick. Tick frames off as you go.
Rather not print and cut? The Tapeline printed kit mails you these pieces pre-cut on low-tack paper. Sold separately on Etsy.

The tape line height, point A, and one distance per nail to tick along the tape. Plus your mockup and a 1-inch square to confirm the printer didn't scale.
Risers · the "up" measurement, on paper
The tape goes where it does the most work: on the row with the most nails. Those need nothing. Every other nail gets a paper riser that hangs above or below the tape: band on the tape, arrow on the tick, nail through the X. Nails too far for one sheet of paper (about 7½" and up) get a guide riser instead: same band on the tape, but a printed ruler and no X; your tape measure runs up its edge so the height stays perfectly vertical.
